Pricing, Claims and Returns

Every attempt has been made to be sure all prices and information is accurate. However, flower prices fluctuate. If in any case either is not correct, it was not meant to deceive or mislead.

The prices may change without notice and reserve the right to not honor an incorrect price due to errors or any factor changing the price due to conditions out of our control. We will notify you in advance if we are not able to honor an advertised price.

If you are not satisfied with your flowers please call us IMMEDIATELY after opening your boxes at 864.585.9033. All complaints or requests for credits must be received within 24 hours of receipt.

Digital pictures of the flowers will be required within 24 hours of receipt of the flowers or your claim will not be accepted and no refund will be granted.

It is the customer’s responsibility to properly care for flowers. Upstateflowermarket is not liable for products mishandled. The customer accepts the responsibility to be knowledgeable on flower care. Care instructions are provided for each type of flower purchased on this site.

Credits will not be issued for flowers that opened too much or did not open enough. It is your responsibility to have the proper cooling for flowers that do not need to open any more and to protect from too cold of an environment.

Do not store with food products. Certain foods give off ethylene gases that will shorten the life of flowers. Color or shades can not be guaranteed due to the difference in computers.

Substitutions of like or similar shades may be made when needed but will remain in the same color tones.

We require our customer or a representative to be present for delivery. A signature may or may not be required at the time of delivery.

Upstateflowermarket is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, damage to products as a result of prolonged travel times without proper heat or cooling.

Cancellation Policy:

No cancellations will be accepted within 10 business days of scheduled delivery date. There is a 10% surcharge for all cancelled orders.

To cancel an order, you can either send us an email to customerservice@upstateflowermarket.com with the subject heading CANCEL ORDER # (include your order number.In the body of the email include what you want to cancel or call us. We will need to speak with the person who placed the order over the phone to confirm.
